Terms of Service

1.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Wondr AI platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Wondr, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

1.2 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Wondr, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or their contents.

1.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Services
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Services
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

2.1 General Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violating or infringing other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks
• Using the Services to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

3.1 Confidential Information

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information that you may obtain from Wondr, LLC or through the Services, including but not limited to:

• Technical information about the Services
• Business strategies and plans
• Customer information
• Pricing and financial information

3.2 Duration

Your confidentiality obligations shall continue for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure of the confidential information.

4.1 Scope

During your use of the Services and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, you agree not to:

• Develop or provide competing products or services
• Work for or provide services to direct competitors
• Solicit Wondr, LLC's customers or employees

5.1 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

6.1 Payment Terms

All payments for Services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are only available as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@wondrai.com.

7.1 Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

8.1 Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9.1 No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wondr, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Wondr, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

11.1 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

11.2 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wondr, LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
